           The aircraft maintenance organization Spektr-Avia Technics LLC has successfully renewed the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority's (BCAA) approval certificate.
Based on the results of audit by the BCAA in May, Spektr-Avia Technics LLC confirmed compliance with the requirements of OTAR Part-145 and related international aviation regulations, the audit passed without any findings.
Serge Golovnin, Quality and Safety Manager of Spektr-Avia Technics LLC, noted: “Despite the current difficult conditions in the air transport industry in 2020-2021, we managed to maintain high standards of compliance with aviation regulations, ensure the development of our personnel, fulfill all obligations to Customers and partners, and today we look to the future with confidence and will be happy to provide operators with maintenance services for Airbus, Boeing and RRJ-95 aircraft. "
The certificate allows to provide aircraft maintenance (A1 rating) and support for the aircraft painting for Boeing 737 NG, Airbus 320 (family) (line and base maintenance), as well as perform other types of work: weighing, centering calculation, balancing of steering surfaces and repair of metal and composite aircraft structures.
In addition, Spektr-Avia Technics LLC offers technical support services to operators flying to the airports of Ulyanovsk, the arrival of maintenance staff as soon as possible on the aircraft, if necessary, troubleshooting and release to service of the aircraft.

     Spektr-Avia Technics LLC, an organization for aircraft maintenance, carried out certification procedures and received a certificate of compliance with the requirements of FAR-285 for performing maintenance on RRJ-95 aircraft.

      The received certificate allows us to provide services for the aircraft RRJ-95B and RRJ-95LR-100 maintenance, which are supplied to JSC "Spektr-Avia" for painting.
     Serge  Golovnin, Deputy Director of Spektr-Avia Technics LLC for quality, noted: “Despite the difficult conditions and constraints in the aviation industry in 2020, we managed to organize the certification process for compliance with the FAR-285 requirements, having carried out the necessary training of personnel, providing production with tools and equipment, developing documentation, in order to provide our Customers with a convenient service - technical support for a full painting cycle, from meeting the aircraft to preparing it for departure by the specialists of Spektr-Avia Technic LLC.

         Spektr-Avia Technics LLC - an organization for the aircraft maintenance passed the inspection of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and received a license for the development, production, testing and repair of aviation equipment in terms of performing the following works:
- Carrying out technical control (supervision) during the production and repair of aviation equipment;
- Carrying out reclamation work;Refinement according to the service bulletins of the developer (manufacturer) of aviation equipment;
- Medium repair, current repair of aviation equipment;
- Assessment of the technical condition, flaw detection of aircraft products.
         The obtained license allows us to provide services for the experimental aircraft maintenance, which are supplied to Spektr-Avia for painting from the manufacturer.

        The "Spektr" group of companies, which includes aircraft maintenance, repair and painting enterprises, will present its services and promising projects at the MRO Russia & CIS 2020 exhibition.
         The exposition, which will feature thematic videos, brochures, reference materials on the services of the group of companies, will be located on the ground floor of the exhibition center, stand No. 122 (World Trade Center, Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 12, Moscow). Particular attention will be paid to new projects, such as the construction of a new hangar for painting and aircraft maintenance, as well as expanding the range of services of the company for the maintenance and repair of aircraft
"Spektr-Avia Technics".
         During the exhibition, the leadership of the group of companies will hold negotiations with representatives of airlines of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, aircraft factories that are part of the United Aircraft Corporation, as well as with specialists from maintenance and repair organizations.

         "Spektr-Avia Technics" performed technical support for aircraft painting for Nordwind Airlines.
       As part of applying a new livery on two Boeing 737-800 aircraft, Spektr-Avia Technics performed maintenance of these aircraft: after arrival check, draining and fueling, balancing steering surfaces, weighing the aircraft, preparing for departure and some additional works within the scope of work A1 rating, in accordance with the requirements of Part-145.
      Maintenance was carried out in conjunction with aircraft painting work carried out by Spektr-Avia. Based on the results of the painting, a certificate of release to service (CRS) was issued by Spektr-Avia Technics team.
        Through to the size of the hangar of Spektr-Avia, both aircraft were painted and performed maintenance at the same time, in one cycle, which would allow the operator to quickly put these aircraft into the schedule.
        Spektr-Avia Technics will be glad to further cooperation with Nordwind Airlines and other operators.

      «Spektr-Avia Technics» successfully passed an audit of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan and on October 1 received a decision to recognize the certificate of compliance with Part-145 requirements.

       The decision to recognize the certificate allows to provide aircraft maintenance (A1 rating) and painting for aircraft of the Boeing 737 NG, Airbus 320 (family) Kazakhstan registration, as well as perform other types of work: weighing, centering calculation, balancing of steering surfaces and repair of metal and composite aircraft designs.
 
       Quality Director of LLC «Spektr-Avia Technics», Serge Golovnin, noted: “We strive to meet the current and future requirements of the Aviation authorities and our Customers, ensuring compliance with modern international aviation requirements.         Sergey Kartashov, Director of Spektr-Avia Technics LLC, noted: “In order to meet the requirements of customers and a more flexible approach to the provision of services, it was decided to launch a certification project in accordance with the requirements of Part-145. Certification project led by Grishina Nadezhda united the team and the staff of Spektr-Avia, which made it possible to apply many years of experience and professionalism of employees in achieving a strategic objective aimed at developing and improving the quality of the provided services.
